365/110: 09 June 2010: Crosby Villas

A little hamlet on the main road near our village. A perfect row of terraced miners cottages (I’m guessing) from the days when there were several – perhaps even many – coal-mines in the area. This seems to me to be even more British than thatched cottages and hay-wains.
