365/128: 27 June 2010: Ostrich Steak

First time I tried Ostrich I thought it was a bit gamey, but it obviously likes being barbied because tonight it was delicious. Thinking I may roast one for Christmas – should keep us in sandwiches and curries until well in to the New Year.
