I love Shepherd’s Pie. SImple, tasty , home cooking at it’s best. Served here with butternut squash (hardly traditional, I know) and green beans straight from the vine (plant?). Not a spinach coulis or panache of Mediterranean vegetables in sight – who writes restaurant menus anyway, and where do they get these terms?
