This is the Bridgewater Canal, just before it crosses over Red Brow Lane, below Daresbury Park - which is a handy lunchtime walk when you’ve spent all morning going googly-eyed in front of a screen. Weather was - great cold and crisp and from this angle you don’t see any of the man-made intrusions all around I even managed to find an angle without my own shadow.
