Fairly typically the good ol' Cumbrian weather intervened before the guys could get the final coat of tarmac on - but it's looking good so far. Just need to find some way of ensuring that the low flying Jaguars don't assume it's a runway!
The guys on the team did say it would look big once the tarmac was down - and they weren't kidding.
