It's spring so a woman's thoughts apparently turn to...decorating. Perhaps it's genetic, because I thought the kitchen looked fine, but apparently it absolutely needed to be repainted peach from its current green colour. So that's what Marion is doing. And - surprise, surprise - we now need new blinds because the old ones don't match.
And there was me thinking the pictures of mammoth hunting done in tallow and ochre were fine as they were. :( I'm just so Neanderthal.

Very picturesque – all these little huts in the middle of freezing cold Manchester selling who knows what. Must be absolutely freezing spending all day in one. Was tempted by the gluhwein stall but sadly didn’t have time.
This particular stall is outside the Royal Exchange Theatre on Corporation Street. I even used one of the pillars as a handy tripod.
