Quite possibly one of the dullest airports in the world. The architecture is stunning, but the food facilities are less than great and the shopping is fine if you have a spare £10,000. The expression on Naomi’s face captures it well I think.
On the other hand – flying with Air France to Cairo via CDG was 35% of the price of flying with anyone else, and the plane was pretty good with decent leg room and good service so it’s not all bad.
